Saved/Wishlist: Jobs you are interested in but haven't applied to yet.
Applied: Applications that have been submitted.
Screening: Initial HR phone screens or automated assessments.
Interviewing: Active technical or cultural interview rounds.
Offer: An offer has been extended and is under negotiation.
Rejected/Withdrawn: The process has concluded without a hire.

3. AI Insights
